Does Circular track my heart rate during exercise?
Yes, Circular tracks heart rate during exercise and many other activities. We recommend using the sport session circle to set the ring into a sport mode that will allow better and more frequent tracking than the regular mode.
Can you wear your Circular Ring only during sleep?
Yes, the majority of the analysis are made during sleep. At first, you may miss out on activity data that plays a role in determining your overall scores. But the scoring system will adapt.
How does Circular measure my body signals?
The ring first collects the body signals it needs thanks to its biosensors (green, infrared & red optical pulse sensor, 3-axis accelerometer, and temperature sensors). The ring contains a built-in processor that will process the data and send the data by Bluetooth to the Circular mobile app & cloud for analysis. The Circular analysis engine uses machine learning to better understand your habits and offer a personal experience with personalized recommendations to improve your lifestyle.
Can Circular data synch with other apps such as Apple Health and Google HealthConenct (Google Fit)?
The Circular app offers the ability to sync your data with several third-party apps, such as Apple Health and Google Fit. More to come in the future
Is there any hidden subscription to keep accessing the Circular app?

The Circular ring ships to most countries, except those under embargo. We invite you to try adding a product and checkout to see if we ship to that country.

You may return your fully functional and undamaged Circular product for any reason within 14 days of receipt of your ring for a full refund. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. No, Circular Ring 2 does not include built-in vibrations. However, vibration-related features like the smart alarm, medication reminders, and guided breathing exercises can still be used through your phone’s vibration settings.
Yes, if you gift the ring to a loved one, you can log into their app account and remotely check their health data. We're developing a more advanced feature to make it more convenient to follow someone else from your dashboard.
Is the Circular Ring a medical device?
No, the Circular Ring is not a medical device. However, the ECG algorithm is FDA-cleared. We’re in the process of getting the Circular Ring as a medical device.

Don't wear the ring if you do any outdoor activities. I'm doing some climbings and the color has peeled off. Bluetooth can be a mess sometimes. Aside that using the Circular Ring for a few weeks and the ring provides detailed analyses of sleep and activity, and it's comfortable to wear. The app also provides useful reminders and personalized recommendations.
