I ordered my ring in December 2023 and it’s now March 2024 and I still haven’t received.
And today, I was notified by Royal Mail UK the parcel has entered the UK and has a “Customs charge to pay for this item, due to the declared value of it.”
It’s been awful experience.

We understand your frustration with the customs charges, but please understand that since Brexit, these fees are now standard for items coming from Europe to the UK. However, it's important to note that we are not the customs authority, and these charges are beyond our control. Once you receive your ring, we'd appreciate hearing your feedback. It took 4 months to receive my ring while it was saying shipping in 2 month. And the ring was not in good shape after 10 days. Not considering refunding me.
